How can I stop InDesign CS5 crashing when using Smart Reflow?

i'm running indesign cs5 latest update (updated today, sep 1st) on osx 10.6.8

 

i have smart reflow switched on in preferences , standard document set single text box on each master page, linked together.

 

i want paste in load of text , want smart reflow create new pages accommodate it. everything's set ready go.

 

unfortunately every time indesign goes auto-create new page, crashes. can restart , repair file, cannot automatically create new pages. crashes every time, whether it's 1 new page or 100.

 

seems lot of people having problem , can't find adobe.

 

any ideas?

since you're mac user meaningful (maybe) crash report. if post on pastebin.com , put link here can take @ , maybe tell why id crashing.

After Effect warning: A problem occurred when processing OpenGL commands

i have after effects cs6 in computer cs5.5 installed. 64bit windows 7 ultimate 20gb memory , 2 amd radeon hd 6900 series display adapters drivers updated hour ago (driver date 27.7.2012, version 8.982.0.0).   when trying use after ecffects, error message " after effect warning: problem occurred when processing opengl commands " when clicking composition window.   what done? not much, i'm afraid. need older graphics driver. other disable second card or play configuration. unfortunately not smart person decided cs6 no longer need manual opengl control user, there's no way suppress within program force-revert software-only modes in case of such issues...   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe
