Questions about exporting PSDS(so as PNG, TIFF with transparency) by AI CS4 and newer

hello, i've got question titled...i stll can't figure out why.

 

i'm using win version of ai cs6, , i've used cs4, cs5 before.

 

why ai cs4(and newers) export transparent psd files blank transparent thin border(about 2~3px) line in right , down side ?

 

this situation hasn't happened in cs3 , cs2.

 

the psd files intended export a4 size 300 dpi, 150dpi, in rgb/cmyk/grayscale color modes.

 

if  well-experienced seniors can tell me reason or solutions i'll thankful reply.

it's bug!

 

i can give work around might not it.

 

you can open file in photoshop etijer smart object allows edit file in illustrator. or can open ai file in photoshop not smart object not platten file not write layers still transparent on 1 layer.

 

the other way make artboard 1 pixel larger , crop pixel off in photoshop.

 

but bug has plague illustrators export quite while in 1 form or another.

 

in older versions believe save web jpeg did well.

After Effect warning: A problem occurred when processing OpenGL commands

i have after effects cs6 in computer cs5.5 installed. 64bit windows 7 ultimate 20gb memory , 2 amd radeon hd 6900 series display adapters drivers updated hour ago (driver date 27.7.2012, version 8.982.0.0).   when trying use after ecffects, error message " after effect warning: problem occurred when processing opengl commands " when clicking composition window.   what done? not much, i'm afraid. need older graphics driver. other disable second card or play configuration. unfortunately not smart person decided cs6 no longer need manual opengl control user, there's no way suppress within program force-revert software-only modes in case of such issues...   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe
