Thread: Screen resolution only 800x600 or smaller

i saw info at

says monitor/screen resolution can 1280 x 1024 sxga.

in system ---> preferences ---> display on ubuntu 10.04 lts computer can go 800 x 600.

here details, need know..

#1 had monitor/screen had higher resolution have connected computer.

dell e153fpc is/was dying..

note http://support.dell.com/support/edoc...b/en/specs.htm highest go 1024 x 768
