Very small kerning script....

hi, guys. confess not scripter: have tried , failed (twice). please can me writing small script? need:

step 1:

starting cursor type inserted imediatly right of signal +, apply subscript number 2 (that is, character immediatly before last char in word.

step 2:

apply character style last char in word.

step 3:

insert cursor imediatly left of last char , apply -550 kerning unities.

step 4:

move cursor imediatly left of , apply 50 kerning unities.

 

we start a) , end in b).

why a) have + sign , b) have form of - sign?
