Anyone use Pitstop Pro 11?? Issue when running an Action...

hi, using pitstop pro 11 auto correct page templates submitted customers.  basically, resizing documents based on margins planning calendars.  example is, if customer submits hb 8 1/2 x 11 hb needs sized down 5 1/2 x 8 1/2 template.

 

anyway, not issue.  our action trims , sizes pdfs according our templates.  issue running blank/invisible data messing sizing.  so, if there random spaces outside of margins when word file converted pdf , run through pitstop, recognizing areas , sizing pdf on particular page wrong because of these spaces, invisible objects.  now, there action remove invisible info in pitstop, but, not seem work right. 

 

does have knowledge our issue is?  have several test files can show examples if interested? 

 

again, files, our actions work great , there no issues.  there handful here , there have these "invisible" issues...like spaces, etc. 

could artefects conversion, or design elements put there document creator , forgotten (text boxes etc.). these common in design apps illustrator there artboard.

 

you need prepared these, won't able eliminate them.

After Effect warning: A problem occurred when processing OpenGL commands

i have after effects cs6 in computer cs5.5 installed. 64bit windows 7 ultimate 20gb memory , 2 amd radeon hd 6900 series display adapters drivers updated hour ago (driver date 27.7.2012, version 8.982.0.0).   when trying use after ecffects, error message " after effect warning: problem occurred when processing opengl commands " when clicking composition window.   what done? not much, i'm afraid. need older graphics driver. other disable second card or play configuration. unfortunately not smart person decided cs6 no longer need manual opengl control user, there's no way suppress within program force-revert software-only modes in case of such issues...   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe
