CS6 Activation error -- HELP!

i purchased cs 6 month ago.  today acrobat pro x stopped working.  says activation error.  followed directions, went adobe website, entered 1 code provided cs6, , says activated , can't activated again.

 

ok, i'm between rock , hard place. 

 

what do?  wait time on telephone between 1-2 hours, chat unavailable, , there nothing in forum helpful.

nobody can "helpful" without providing correct info. system specs? exact error? how installed? part of suite or creative cloud? other info?
