Error 403 while modifing certain user group - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

hello

i try create or modify users basic administration of joomla.

everything goes except when associate user particular groups:
public: ok
manager: error 403
administrator: error 403
registered: ok
author: ok
editor: ok
publisher: ok
customer (subgroup of registered): ok
famile-ami (subgroup of registered): ok
super user: error 403

environment:
- version 2.5.8 joomla
- php 5.4.8
- extensions: ' admin tools ' akeeba backup ',' 'kunena, jmonitoring (master et slave) '
- hosting "1&1"

i meet same problem:
- having changed permissions of access directory , files '777' (instead of '755' directory , '644' files).
- having deleted file '.htaccess' in directory 'administrator/components/com_akeeba/backup'.

i have no problems for:
- create other information under joomla , extensions.
- save site akeeba backup.

problem important site because cannot modify passwords of users having important rights nor create it.
on other hand, used particular user having rights 'super admin' , not more manage connect account because joomla indicates me bad password (while did not modify it).
i have not more basic 'admin' user administer site... if lose connection, shall irreparably surrounded in administration of site... :'(

an idea?

it possible have error problem in database ? (only on files , directory ?)

After Effect warning: A problem occurred when processing OpenGL commands

i have after effects cs6 in computer cs5.5 installed. 64bit windows 7 ultimate 20gb memory , 2 amd radeon hd 6900 series display adapters drivers updated hour ago (driver date 27.7.2012, version 8.982.0.0).   when trying use after ecffects, error message " after effect warning: problem occurred when processing opengl commands " when clicking composition window.   what done? not much, i'm afraid. need older graphics driver. other disable second card or play configuration. unfortunately not smart person decided cs6 no longer need manual opengl control user, there's no way suppress within program force-revert software-only modes in case of such issues...   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe
