garbled playback and can't uncheck hardware acceleration

i have latest version of flash player on macbook mountain lion. have garbled, green video playback, , after searching web hour looks has hardware acceleration being turned on. when right clicked on flash videos flash logo howto pages dealing bug, dialogue pops up, dialogue useless because totally unresponsive clicks. therefore, can't change anything, including unchecking hardware acceleration.

 

how disable hardware acceleration given dialogue totally unresponsive mouse clicks, , when try use tab , space or enter uncheck checkbox hardware acceleration, checkbox stays selected? better yet, how make flash videos work?

is macbook retina display?  if so, please install our beta 2 release on labs , make sure select the  "allow adobe install updates (recommended)" option @ end of installer.  give few hours , should automatic update fix issue of hardware acceleration dialog being unclickable.  i'd know if addresses green screen issue getting.

After Effect warning: A problem occurred when processing OpenGL commands

i have after effects cs6 in computer cs5.5 installed. 64bit windows 7 ultimate 20gb memory , 2 amd radeon hd 6900 series display adapters drivers updated hour ago (driver date 27.7.2012, version 8.982.0.0).   when trying use after ecffects, error message " after effect warning: problem occurred when processing opengl commands " when clicking composition window.   what done? not much, i'm afraid. need older graphics driver. other disable second card or play configuration. unfortunately not smart person decided cs6 no longer need manual opengl control user, there's no way suppress within program force-revert software-only modes in case of such issues...   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe
