Having problem with images when I turn on SEF URLs - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

hi,

i have joomla 1.5.26 site works fine when have sef urls turned off if turn sef urls on, have problems images on pages except home page. images don't display after turning on sef urls. have tried turning cache on & off doesn't make difference (its off currently). tried system sef plugin in plugin manager & couldn't find any.

when check link pictures in properties, shows http://mysite.com/images/stories/xxx.jpg when turn on sef url, path changes http://mysite.com/computer-repairs/imag ... es/xxx.jpg (computer-repairs alias of menu under article is).

i new area & appreciate if 1 of joomla gurus can point me right direction. must simple missing don't know going wrong.

your joomla shouldn't default...

try putting '/' in front of relative url of image.
this means opening text / article editor off (toggle editor off).

if put '/' in front of relative url, force system search item (image or whatever) root of installation!

example:
instead of 'images/stories/your_image.jpg'

put:

'/images/stories/your_image.jpg'

After Effect warning: A problem occurred when processing OpenGL commands

i have after effects cs6 in computer cs5.5 installed. 64bit windows 7 ultimate 20gb memory , 2 amd radeon hd 6900 series display adapters drivers updated hour ago (driver date 27.7.2012, version 8.982.0.0).   when trying use after ecffects, error message " after effect warning: problem occurred when processing opengl commands " when clicking composition window.   what done? not much, i'm afraid. need older graphics driver. other disable second card or play configuration. unfortunately not smart person decided cs6 no longer need manual opengl control user, there's no way suppress within program force-revert software-only modes in case of such issues...   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe
