Missing '/pc_includes/ajax1.3.js' - called by mootools? - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

my site slowed time taken non-existent '/pc_includes/ajax1.3.js'

i believe should looking in plugins/system, rather joomla root, can't find file calling it. suggestions?
