Problem with "read more" and 3 access groups - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

hello.
first, forgive bad english.

the issue this:

i'm developing web site joomla 2.5 have 3 user groups:
- public (unregistered user or guest).
- user (registered user).
- member (registered user access more content).

i have articles have public content , exclusive content users "member" group. give "member" access article, include "read more" element , configure "allow unauthorized links" menu links article.

so, people enter in web without registering, see article until "read more" , if "member" user can see complete content. works well.

the problem group user (simple registered users aren't members). don't know why can't see public content of articles, can see title of article.

both guests , registered users should can see public content of article until "read more". have tried different solutions hasn't worked.

any ideas?
