articles of course protected assigning prober access permission. applies text of page, pictures etc. if location , filenames of content (as pictures) known, how 1 protect files.

partial solution: use .htaccess protect directories in files stored. now; messy registered users in first have use standard joomla logon, , have past .htaccess box asking them username , password. "allowed group" .htaccess identical list of registered users. have been told there ways use common list of allowed users both purposes, have not yet figured out how this. hope receive better solution this. (-from beginning user).
