Restrict number of item that can be posted - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

i'm coming again new question !

so here problem :

i have form content in can add informations adress, etc. professionals user.

i'm using plugin when user registered give him professionnal level in joomla user group.

finally, professionnal can add content.


here question, there way limit adding of content 1 or 2 items depending of user level ?

so professional allowed post 1 adress , service stay clear.
