Robohelp 10 stops working with error

anyone else having problem robohelp 10 stops working, particularly when editing in robohelps html view or when adding images.  happens quite !  can't seem find fixes available.

i have worked robohelp 10 through beta versions , saw few times things fixed. yours first report of happening released version there's nothing go on.  working off network permitted network. if project on network drive maybe move test.  think first line of investigation whether 1 project or project. try same workflow new project or 1 of samples. click open on robohelp starter page , <p> </p>
