There was a problem reading this document (109) on Japanese PC

we have app written delphi 2006 , using rave reports generate pdfs.  japanese user of our software cannot open pdfs (with acrobat reader) our software produces when run our software on japanese version of windows (probably win7). have same problem if try open same pdf (which have sent us) acrobat reader on english-language win xp machine :

there error processing page. there problem reading document (109)..

ctrl-ok produces "object label badly formatted"

pdf files produced on english installations of our software read fine on our pcs , on japanese user's pc

does have idea error coming from?

i not know rave reports; part or extension of delphi?

 

i remember few years ago when worked on delphi project, compiled japanese version of software japanese delphi version.  not remember why, may have been fonts issue.

 

do have acrobat available?  if so, if open faulty pdf acrobat, re-save it, fix problem?  if yes, may able find out difference between 2 files.

After Effect warning: A problem occurred when processing OpenGL commands

i have after effects cs6 in computer cs5.5 installed. 64bit windows 7 ultimate 20gb memory , 2 amd radeon hd 6900 series display adapters drivers updated hour ago (driver date 27.7.2012, version 8.982.0.0).   when trying use after ecffects, error message " after effect warning: problem occurred when processing opengl commands " when clicking composition window.   what done? not much, i'm afraid. need older graphics driver. other disable second card or play configuration. unfortunately not smart person decided cs6 no longer need manual opengl control user, there's no way suppress within program force-revert software-only modes in case of such issues...   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe
