Thread: Portable Development Environment? *shrug*

hi everyone,

have vaguely random question building development environment scratch:

i've put 500gb external hard drive purpose of installing natty narwhal on , kdevelop. main purpose had in mind have mobile programming lab play around coding , experimenting few languages. ultimately, planning beast able used on more 1 linux box (as plan stay linux until bury me!) , i'd mobile because, well, expect moving lot in next few years.

far, have hard drive ready , waiting, pending ability locate trustworthy external drive installs, have live boot disk burned cd 2 days ago, , i'm stuck @ documentation search stage. there plenty of sites listing installs flash drives, , suspect same operation, i'd rather d***ed sure of i'm doing before wreck computer and/or good, factory-fresh 500gb hard drive.

has been done before, , willing share few pointers in setup? couldn't think of anywhere else post this, if thread in wrong place, please forgive me.

PProHeadless.exe has stopped working error when opening projects in Adobe Media Encoder CS6

hi, upgraded adobe cloud cs6 , having problems adobe media encoder cs 6 (version 6.0.1.31 64-bit).   when try add adobe premiere projects in ame, gives me following error:   pproheadless.exe has stopped working   i tried rebooting, , still gives me same error.  project load, won't.   the premiere projects contain h.264 .mov file coming canon t2i.  added overlay logo bottom right of video created in adobe after effects, contains text, no effects, no motion, etc.  have .wav file recorded zoom h4n, not always.  edit in adobe audition remove noise feature.   i running on windows 7 ultimate 64-bit.  i'm using i7 16gb ram , ati 6870 video card.   i have lut buddy plugin installed.   it give me error first time try load project, , connection dynamic link server fail.  afterwards, if try load project again, if restart ame, stays stuck in connecting dynamic link server...   any provide appreciated. what happens when drag , a...
