"error working with the photo"

anyone have idea these messages mean? out of 100s of thousands of raws, first i've seen them.

i tried opening in photoshop , different error occurs.  avoid ps as humanly possible , have not used since acquiring d4.  but recall shares module lightroom message unexpected lr has no problem other d4 images.

two main questions:

1. 2 lr messages mean?  

2. cs5 message separate problem . if why camera raw module work in lr?

 

any ideas on how further diagnose?

george, first acr , lightroom separate entities , not shared. acr plug in ps while acr incorporated lightroom. while same independent.

i suggest there unusual file acr , lightroom cannot interpret. have non-standard setting such incamera crop?
