Remote Update Manager with AAMEE 2.1 deployments.

i've noticed aamee 3.1 beta has new options integrate remote update manager , cs6 installation packages, allows disable updates, still run them remote update manager.  if i've deployed , adobe cs5.5 package built aamee 2.1, ability install updates disabled, still able use remote update manager install updates deployments?  or need continue deploy them manually?  if want deploy cs5.5 , use remote update manager updates, settings should using in aamee 2.1 when build packages?

hi ted,

rum can used cs5 & cs5.5 , sounds of fit in current configuration well. if user's non admins or not want each client pulling in there updates automatically suggest turning off client updates in aamee , using rum.

 

have looked @ setting ausst in environment ? great use in conjunction rum can of course use rum if prefer.

After Effect warning: A problem occurred when processing OpenGL commands

i have after effects cs6 in computer cs5.5 installed. 64bit windows 7 ultimate 20gb memory , 2 amd radeon hd 6900 series display adapters drivers updated hour ago (driver date 27.7.2012, version 8.982.0.0).   when trying use after ecffects, error message " after effect warning: problem occurred when processing opengl commands " when clicking composition window.   what done? not much, i'm afraid. need older graphics driver. other disable second card or play configuration. unfortunately not smart person decided cs6 no longer need manual opengl control user, there's no way suppress within program force-revert software-only modes in case of such issues...   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe
