additional
from tutorials have read, see need recompile enable sql support.code:apt-get install libpqxx3-dev
when way, won't security updates, won't i?
so... there bind server sql support in repositories ? don't have worry security updates...
there powerdns - has optional mysql backend. i'm not big fan did test out once , worked ok. didn't because sucked 75mb of ram. , wasn't impressed community being catatonic.
ended using tinydns (djbdns) , happy taking 1-2 mb of ram. has mysql converter tool can update it's native data file mysql database (atomically).
still, choose powerdns on bind, in djb influenced opinion crap.
