Unwanted Clicks With USB Interface

i'm trying set mic record audio youtube videos , i'm running click-noise problems , wondering if ya'll help.

i bought alesis i02 express usb interface.  i'm using premiere pro cs6 , adobe audition cs6 record voice sennheiser e840 dynamic xlr mic.

the clicks happen on m-audio mobile pre , focusrite 2i2, both usb interfaces.

in both programs, keep getting intermittent "clicks" in audio recorded.  sounds kind of clicking mouse every several seconds.  seems happen

when i'm talking, not when there's silence.

i have fast pc.  i7 2600k, 16gb ram, gtx 470, 850 watt psu, 120gb ssd, windows 7 64bit.

i tried moving mouth talking without speaking, , didn't hear couple of clicks when tongue audibly moved around made sense.  did whisper

and didn't hear clicks.

sometimes hear clicks in headphones i'm recording , don't.

i went , listened recordings made cheaper mic's , there no clicks.

same thing radio shack hand-held tape recorder...i recorded voice last

night it, using external mic , there no clicks.

could because quality of mic's weren't i'm using now?

do clicks sound you've heard other people's voices?

do know of samples of clicking voices on web listen to, sites teach not do?  i'd love hear some.

other clicks, audio sounds clean.

things i've tried:

-making sure pc tuned performance

-i've updated drivers

-installed new usb pci card , tried on that

-tried 2 other usb interfaces

-adjusted buffer in premiere pro

-made sure sample rates match in devices , programs

-asio4all driver

here sample of audio:

i'm wondering if it's mouth/voice causing clicks or pc/device problem.

the clicks seem appear @ following times in seconds:

5

7

10

13

16

18

22

25

31

33

34

39

among others.

these rough estimates of times.

any feedback appreciated.

thanks million in advance!!!

the answer bolded bit straightforward 'yes'. there's nothing wrong computer @ - no electrical clicks anywhere on recording. things can hear @ times indicated lip-smacks.

the first time listen what's coming directly out of mouth on pair of headphones , using mic, you're bound bit of surprise - it's first time you've heard really sound like!

so do lip-smacks? @ level you've got them, wouldn't worry; they're not disturbing @ all. if bothers though, make sure before speaking mic, you've drunk clear fluids, , not milk or fruit juice in, or that. liquids cause increase in mucus levels in mouth, , sounds worse in terms of mouth-noise when speak. speak 8-9" front of mic, , across rather directly it. sometimes, using pop screen helps, don't think in case.

but important thing have practice not making noises. since happens result of tightened lips, may have practice relaxing them reduce effect. happens ends of words don't sound quite right more, have make sure articulating correctly well. that's thing; tends slow down slightly, , people find easier listen to.
