Why does ADE work on desktop but not Kobo?

my wife bought kobo touch read books borrowed library. process of downloading, converting , transfering ebook kobo pretty absurd in view, first few books did work. recent book said book "wasn't authorized adobe id". thought strange because adobe id shown in account setting id.

 

so deauthorized adobe id , tried again. set kobo scratch , said same thing.

 

when viewed inside adobe digital editions, book shows being valid. expiry date 3 weeks in future. can opened , read. shows listed in ereader section of ade. on actual device book shows invalid.

 

curious, did factory reset of kobo. same thing.

 

now getting frustrated, did factory reset , created own account. borrowed book library, downloaded , authorized ade. shows book valid. can read on desktop version of ade. when loaded onto kobo, says book "isn't authorized adobe id." again double checked id , correct.

 

i'm using mac pro. she's using 27" imac. here's screenshot showing ade info:

there no lock, nor problem number of computers, because i've authorized 1 computer , device. getting beyond ridiculous. know what's going on?

After Effect warning: A problem occurred when processing OpenGL commands

i have after effects cs6 in computer cs5.5 installed. 64bit windows 7 ultimate 20gb memory , 2 amd radeon hd 6900 series display adapters drivers updated hour ago (driver date 27.7.2012, version 8.982.0.0).   when trying use after ecffects, error message " after effect warning: problem occurred when processing opengl commands " when clicking composition window.   what done? not much, i'm afraid. need older graphics driver. other disable second card or play configuration. unfortunately not smart person decided cs6 no longer need manual opengl control user, there's no way suppress within program force-revert software-only modes in case of such issues...   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe
