Batch sort by keyword
hi everyone. ton of searchable pdfs in course of day go 1 of 2 batches entry document imaging system. manually sort them based on keyword, thinking there'd easier way batch process. didn't see in pre-made batch options, looks javascript way go.
here's example. i'll 100 pdfs dropped folder on system. 35 have "keyword x" in text of document. other 65 have "keyword y". right open each one, see keyword is, , drop 1 of 2 folders. need bit of code searches body of document. if finds "keyword x", saves folder1. if finds "keyword y", saves folder2. didn't find on forums issue, seems straightforward , logical enough. me out code?
if makes difference, have acrobat pro 8. thanks!
i use action or batch processing in professional version, open pdf check keywords, info.keywords, , save file appropriate folder. may need allow pdf contain both keywords.
