Error with Timecode when frame rate is 24 fps

working on premiere pro cs5.5 on mac. frame rate/timebase of sequence 24 fps. when burn in timecode on video, timecode display becomes incorrect if start timecode @ hour.

 

1) if enter 01:00:00:00 starting timecode in effects control, "timecode overlay"  becomes 01.00.03.14

 

2) if enter 02:00:00:00 starting timecode in effects control, "timecode overlay" effect becomes 02.00.07.05

 

3) if enter 03:00:00:00 starting timecode in effects control, "timecode overlay" effect becomes 03.00.10.19 , on.

 

it works fine if

a) starting timecode 00:00;00:00 , if sequence time length under hour

b) or if sequence frame rate/timebase 23.976

 

this weird. causing it.

i on tight deadline , desperately need resolving this.

After Effect warning: A problem occurred when processing OpenGL commands

i have after effects cs6 in computer cs5.5 installed. 64bit windows 7 ultimate 20gb memory , 2 amd radeon hd 6900 series display adapters drivers updated hour ago (driver date 27.7.2012, version 8.982.0.0).   when trying use after ecffects, error message " after effect warning: problem occurred when processing opengl commands " when clicking composition window.   what done? not much, i'm afraid. need older graphics driver. other disable second card or play configuration. unfortunately not smart person decided cs6 no longer need manual opengl control user, there's no way suppress within program force-revert software-only modes in case of such issues...   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe
