Server Error in Application "DEFAULT WEB SITE" - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

i trying install joomla on server. have never installed on server wasn't commercially hosted server. lost understatement. not sure going wrong or how fix it. appreciate assistance. paste error code below. followed tutorial. http://docs.joomla.org/installing_on_microsoft
