Thread: Screwed up graphics in StarCraft II

i installed starcraft ii , use in wine. after bunch of odds , ends, got working. kinda. not really. of game runs fine except important part, matches themselves. can log in, menus fine , run smoothly.

when go match, garbled mess. odd thing is, works. boot , works, runs smoother on mom's windows computer.

around 90% of time, goes nuts. don't know work when does.

how fix this?

running maverick, wine 1.2.3, try both windows xp , windows 7, if recall i've gotten working on both don't think either more reliable, both result in this. think graphics card, not sure: vga compatible controller: ati technologies inc m880g [mobility radeon hd 4200]
says i'm using proprietary drivers on card, believe mmdevapi disabled in wine.

else need know?

screencap attached, have run windowed, i'm fine with. fullscreen makes computer go insane.

try using newer wine version. working reports on appdb using 1.3.x
