213:19 error code

hi, first time posting on community board, apologize if i'm breaking rules.

 

i have windows 7 , photoshop cs6 student/teacher edition.  i've been using week now, no problem, tried open (i had opened seconds earlier without hitch), , got error code:

 

"a probem has occurred licensing of product. restart yor computer , re-launch product"

"error: 213:19"

 

these actions i've taken, no avail:

1) restarted computer

2) tried recommended solutions on adobe page, , on several of these discussion pages.  tried changing permissions on adobe include full access, , have several adobe folders tried doing on of them.  perhaps i'm doing step incorrectly.  direct me "slstore" folder, can't seem locate folder on computer, in of directed places.

3) other recommended solution sign in administrator , open adobe product.  have 1 account on computer, , that's administrator one.  can't figure out issue is.

 

i think might have adobe reader - suggested update right before tried opening photoshop.  updated it, restarted computer, , photoshop still won't open.

 

any appreciated.

After Effect warning: A problem occurred when processing OpenGL commands

i have after effects cs6 in computer cs5.5 installed. 64bit windows 7 ultimate 20gb memory , 2 amd radeon hd 6900 series display adapters drivers updated hour ago (driver date 27.7.2012, version 8.982.0.0).   when trying use after ecffects, error message " after effect warning: problem occurred when processing opengl commands " when clicking composition window.   what done? not much, i'm afraid. need older graphics driver. other disable second card or play configuration. unfortunately not smart person decided cs6 no longer need manual opengl control user, there's no way suppress within program force-revert software-only modes in case of such issues...   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe
