Down-Res'ing 7D Footage
hello all! hope well. i'm editing demo reel , actor sent me bunch of files. of them 640x480 , either .mov, wmv, or mp4. i've got original dslr footage 1920x1080, , used preset of dv-ntsc. put in 640 footage first , looks pretty good. put in 1920 footage , of course, big, scaled frame size make fit, , looks bad. figure making smaller wouldn't affect quality, looks bad. can open original file in preview window left, , can see 1 in time line grainy , pixellated , fuzzy, while original crisp , clean. doing wrong?
thats never happen me. have settings on full or fraction?
there software called mpgstremclip out there thts free.
you can down res it
