Restrictions in 3D

does author extensively in 3d?

 

i trying to, finding experience ridiculously complicated, restrictive , slow.

 

i want create manuals companies demonstrate instructructions in 3d , provide large overview of products can moved in 3d space.  here problems have want ge toff chest:

most people haven't heard of it, nobody uses it, , no programs convert it, save few specific, off shelf, £600, never going boss approve in million years efforts.

 

security

 

most companies deal want protect ip.  don't want people poking round inner workings of products.  however, there no way of making solid 3d model , no-one, adobe in particular, bothered fiding way to.

 

swf/u3d/any framemaker 3d files

 

they never work in pdf.  ever.

 

the 3d angle being pushed in release of fm11, me unuseable.

including 3d objects subject arbitrary end user manipulations seem giving away farm on object dimensions , relationships, if objects can saved or extracted pdf.

 

pdf claims have security, if "password recovery" tools still on market, doesn't have credible security.

 

you include video of manipulations expect user perform, you'd have swf import work first . , you'll working in time flash dead on delivery platform (assuming didn't happen week on android).

 

perhaps link youtube video answer, until saved web standard 3d browsing under hmtl5.

 

this specific instance of general problem of 3d cad interchange standards being of mess, largely because many key players don't want such thing possible.
