Thread: what is wrong with wireless?

connected freshly installed 10.04.2 wireless network through router. looks correct -- ip assigned, connection on, system shows on router -- except there no internet connection , can't ping router or anywhere else. according router, wireless signal @ ubuntu system stronger @ sitting-right-next-to-it windows system *working* internet. this? should replace current driver?
