Adobe Customer Support and License revoked


i got new imac , installed cs4 master collection on it. had purchased cs4 in feb 2010 , used weekly on macbook since then.  application , license purchase royal discounter ltd.  2010 until present license , products have worked fine, re-installs due hard disk failures , os upgrades.  license agreement states allowed use software on laptop , desktop long applications not used @ same physical time -- , there has not been instance have had applications open on both machines @ same time.

 

several weeks ago after installing software, received message license has been revoked , asked new serial number or use application 1 more time.  did. suite applications disabled use. current message states: excuse interruption. our records indicate serial number used set software invalid. [the window lists serial number]. serial number no longer permit use product.

 

i contacted abobe support through chat, , customer service rep not helpful. license invalid , not issued adobe.  explained situation of purchased , had original documentation. kept saying invalid. not helpful.  said open web ticket me. selected receive listing of chat conversation never received it. [might cut , paste of adobe chat conversations if need record of them, rather rely on receiving them email.]

 

about 30 minutes later, ticket open text customer rep stated wrongly requesting support because had lost license code. replied information, , uploaded receipts, proof of purchase, etc showed license code , provided clear , detailed explanation of problem.  next day, ticket withdrawn adobe support stating needed verify license code again , contact them.  license code on proof of purchase. appears starting on this.

 

any tips how through adobe customer support can addressed?

 

the cs collection has run more 2 years multiple activations, etc adobe. possible have purchased illegal/unauthorized license code , royal discounter has been selling them period?  why adobe continue allow activations , operations of cs4 more 2 years if illegal license? has else had situation adobe has revoked license purchased?

 

any suggestions how deal issue?  adobe support?

hopefully understand forum not a conduit adobe customer support. strictly forum customers assist each other. however, sometimes, adobe personnel lurk here , try assist possible.

 

if search internet google search “royal discounters ltd” find number of postings customers believe defrauded company selling alleged oem software from company name doing business under number of other names. these customers report getting pirated software download site , give supposed valid serial number same.

 

note adobe not do business way. company selling so-called oem versions of adobe software selling either (1) hacked software attempts bypass activation or (2) copy of volume license license code setup use large, single organization many users (such licenses cannot legally subdivided , sold outsiders). adobe maintain active anti-piracy group. when detect illegal use of serial number, adobe necessary prevent further illegal use of software including further activation using such serial numbers.

 

if bought product “royal discounters ltd” outfit , if either downloaded software directly them , sent serial number or they sent generic set of dvds , written serial number, got scammed. didn't mention paid cs4 master collection, if big bargain, too true price, not kosher software.

 

however, forward message onto our internal group within adobe contact directly , ascertain going on , attempt assist if in fact have valid software , serial number.
