Frames Without Pictures

i want use frame graphic , not use picture. possible?

sure.

1. add frame image on own layer:  add new, empty layer.  new layer highlighted, add frame , frame come in on own layer.
2. re-size , re-position frame wish, , click green checkmark below frame commit changes.
3. highlight frame in layers panel (if isn't highlighted), right-click on , choose "simplify".
4. use magic wand select gray area inside frame , hit delete key.
5. use select...deselect (ctrl+d) remove selection.
6. use eraser tool erase text inside frame.

 

that sounds lot more complicated is, takes less time read instructions.
