How to use FMS 4.5 with own apache2 installation

hello all,

i'm trying install fms 4.5 on ubuntu linux server running apache2 service. server used webserver @ moment , fms should work besides this.

when installing fms without included apache2, can't access fms cause on http://ip.80 normal website shown.

for testing tried install included apache2, of course can access fms via port 80 old website won't available!

that's reason why need solution setup fms , integrate running apache2 configuration. suggestions? if found this but doesn't me.

another option address fms on second ip on same server. able activate second ip server think solution be:

http://ip1:80 (webserver website)

but how install fms it's apache2 second ip?
