I need help installing air on win xp sp3


i uninstalled air couple of months ago , went wrong point air not install again.  assume piece of code or file left over.  air not appear in control panel uninstall there.

 

here recent install attempt log:

what msi?

 

can clear up?

i'm sorry you're running installation issues air.  microsoft has released utility can resolve installation problems.  mind giving try , let know how works you?  when running fix it, go through uninstall process , try remove adobe air system.  might problematic given no longer see air in control panel, try out , let me know.

if unable find air listed in ms utility, we'll need review air installer msi log better diagnose issue. can find instructions generating , finding these logs here:
