yes, possible duplicate site.
you transfer site developed in joomla! location following ways.
(i) use extension akeeba backup core (http://extensions.joomla.org/extensions/access-a-security/backup/1606) backup site including database. have transfer archive file created akeeba backup core remote host , use kickstart.php script file (created akeeba backup core developers) restore site. also, have back-up permanently.
(ii) use manual process. review document http://docs.joomla.org/how_do_you_copy_a_site_from_localhost_to_a_remote_host%3f more information. though document talks copying site localhost remote host, equally copy site remote host remote host.
note:
in both cases, have create new database on remote host, create user database, grant privileges user connecting it.
being commercial template, template copyrighted one. suggest following , honoring terms & conditions when signed template - using template in multiple domains/locations.
