Is there a way to make a paragraph style to begin with a custom bullet plus numbering?

is there way make paragraph style begin custom bullet plus numbering?

i've tried use numbering "^b(^#)^t" number style, can't choose proper bullet.

i know paragraph kind of odd, unfortunately need it.

have tried converting bullet text - moment

 

select bullet character , paste numbering field
