Mailing Labels

i need create mailing/address labels.  there multiple addressees , mutiple pages using avery 5160.  using coldfusion front end , oracle backend.  thought use avery 5160 template found on web, insert text fields database fields , somehow merge.  i'm not sure if right way approach or if way approach it...how?  set each label text fields name, address etc. 3 labels across , 10 down total of 30? have livecycle designer es 8.2 , acrobat prof 9 use.

do own lc output?   need print high volume of these lables or few pages @ time?

 

if not own lc output, plan generate these labels once in while having them merge acrobat form , manuall print them local printer?
