Thread: Issues Removing Ubuntu from Asus eeePC

i while ago given eeepc 1001px gift, , set windows/ubuntu netbook remix dualboot. now, i'm realizing don't need machine, i'm wanting sell online. however, want return original windows state before doing so.

believe installed ubuntu via thumb drive, not remember certain. having problems getting machine boot thumb drive second time, started poking around in windows recovery partition. began windows recovery, figuring if didn't rid of ubuntu @ least undo changes had done machine on windows side. unfortunately, after saying "initializing," taken grub. now, no longer able load windows partition (error: no such disk), can still load windows recovery partition.

i'd remedy minimal frustration , difficulty. advice appreciated.
