Upload maximum filesize question - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

i've had problem front-end users being limited 1mb upload size, , may have resolved resetting limit in jce. however, jce/editor parameters/filesystem says server's max upload size 8192kb, i'm pretty sure not correct. i've looked @ php,ini file , it's set 64mb.

anyone have idea why 8192kb showing up?

which php.ini file did at? location of php.ini file listed in end if go system information - php information.

if change settings in php.ini, need restart web server apache before new settings take effect.
