Creating zoomable HDTV images in Photoshop?

i'm producing video in 1080p hd.  i'm having artist create number of anatomical drawings , want zoom in on portions of drawings scenes. artist plans work adobe illustrator cs5 , photoshop cs5 create drawings, , create layers can use animate drawings. is, i'll put layer in motion on background create animation.

i've found photoshop film & video 1080p/29.97 preset allow artist create high quality images work when filling frame, want zoom in on images in adobe premiere cs5.

 

are there different photoshop/illustrator settings can have artist use create higher resolution drawings stay in high enough resolution zooming in @ 2x or 3x after import them premiere? 

photoshop extended might have of capabilities, need, else have there.

 

i use adobe premiere, nle (non linear editing) program, can want. adobe after effects can too.

 

in premiere pro, import layered psd sequence, leaving each layer discrete asset. then, can stack them on separate video tracks (they import way, , video clips created each layer, work pretty layers in ps), , adjust fixed effect * motion>scale, needed zoom. effect can keyframed on time, can dynamically zoom in, or out, needed.

 

prpro has unlimited export settings, can output in format, or codec, require.

* fixed effects effects (kind of ps's filters), automatically added clip, when imported. rotation, motion (with position & scale in there), opacity, , if 1 has audio, volume. many, many other effects can added clip. many, if not most, can keyframed on time.
