Fit Content Proportionally Broken in CS6?

i have been having lot of issue fit content proportionally since upgrading cs6.

 

in many of documents (some new, pulled in earlier versions , saved on cs6), find both via menu , via keyboard shortcut, commonly-used , absolutely essential "fit content proportionally" command not work.

 

i can create bunch of square frames, , fill them various-sized , shaped images, , when fit content proportionally make them scale down inside boxes, instead no response @ all. way "fix" problem go toolbar content selected , change either vertical or horizontal percentage number @ all. long proportion lock in place, changes both % numbers same number, , fixing problem. makes me think bug.

 

is there new fitting setting in cs6 need change?

 

i have tried saving idml , importing cs6, behavior persists. interestingly, if change fitting via toolbar % "fix" , select fit content frame (not proportionally), fit content proportionally broken again, , nothing @ all.

 

on of documents, fit content proportionally works expected, , has. of course biggest "problem" documents contain large numbers of images.

trash prefs. it's not bug, , shouldn't suspect 1 if works on docs not others.

After Effect warning: A problem occurred when processing OpenGL commands

i have after effects cs6 in computer cs5.5 installed. 64bit windows 7 ultimate 20gb memory , 2 amd radeon hd 6900 series display adapters drivers updated hour ago (driver date 27.7.2012, version 8.982.0.0).   when trying use after ecffects, error message " after effect warning: problem occurred when processing opengl commands " when clicking composition window.   what done? not much, i'm afraid. need older graphics driver. other disable second card or play configuration. unfortunately not smart person decided cs6 no longer need manual opengl control user, there's no way suppress within program force-revert software-only modes in case of such issues...   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe
