Global configuration page wrong after folder move - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

i have completed migration 1.5.26 2.5.7 using jupgrade.

i have site working required in upgrade folder no problems.

when move site root folder global configuration page in backend no longer displays properly. cannot navigate between tabs: site, system, server etc , settings appear jumbled on site tab.

this problem effecting global setting display on other components - instead of appearing in pop-up window normal, settings displaying full page in current window. way away use back-button.

can me understand why site working fine in migration folder not when move root please?

note: have tried using akeeba back-up migration folder , restore root using kickstart. produces same result moving files.

are sure copied files, including templates , javascript?

did have .htaccess file in upgrade folder? check .htaccess file in root folder , see if standard, renamed copy of htaccess.txt installed joomla.

i have after effects cs6 in computer cs5.5 installed. 64bit windows 7 ultimate 20gb memory , 2 amd radeon hd 6900 series display adapters drivers updated hour ago (driver date 27.7.2012, version 8.982.0.0).   when trying use after ecffects, error message " after effect warning: problem occurred when processing opengl commands " when clicking composition window.   what done? not much, i'm afraid. need older graphics driver. other disable second card or play configuration. unfortunately not smart person decided cs6 no longer need manual opengl control user, there's no way suppress within program force-revert software-only modes in case of such issues...   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe
