"The importer reported a generic error"

whilst useful error message, still hasn't helped me resolve issue.

i have 5 sequences, containing same file type - when load premiere pro file asks me location of 2 of files, both in seperate sequences - other files located fine. pointed "where's file..." process in right direction , on 2 of files (the 2 missing ones)  got above error message. why? how can fix it?

the file types .mts.

i did start project in cs5.5 , when got cs6 opened in that, , converted fine. it's when i've re-opened project next day got problem. reason? why 2 of files , not rest?

thanks in advance responses!

sorry also, 1 other thing:

my camera has shot @ 25fps - when open new sequence tells me 'the sequence settings incorrect, want auto change them correct ones', clicked yes - , sequence settings 50fps when that's incorrect. confusing :/

the camera panasonic tm700
