InDesign Unresponsive

indesign freezes , takes long time (15-30 minutes) begin running again small windows of usability. computer isn't frozen, can whatever want in other program while indesign frozen, indesign unresponsive. when indesign working not slow @ , works fine, matter of time before freezes again extended period of time.

 

how can fix it?

os? version of id, including patch level?
