Premiere and Media Encoder issues with Matrox

i have matrox mxo2 le w/max , using adobe creative suite 5.5 master collection.  have nvidia quadro 5000 nvidia driver version 275.89.  matrox version 6.1.0.100. use avid media composer 6.
 
issue following.  when using adobe media encoder, application hangs if have avid or premiere or else might use matrox drivers.  have wait several minutes between mouse clicks ame come responsive.  occurred once installed matrox device , drivers.  prior this, had no issue ame.  have freshly formatted system see if have fixed issues.
 
happens not in ame premiere when exporting file.
 
installed correctly, beyond issues matrox, system works fine.
 
however, editing hd footage ntsc output via matrox wysiwyg preview settings.  when add footage timeline (lets matrox hd 1280x720 59.94) footage shows red indicator. can explain why is, when footage , sequence match? causes playback stutter, , getting slow video response, dropped frames, or still video.

i thought issue fixed newer drivers, not sure help, in past matrox recommended following -

 

if find switching export format in export settings dialog

box takes long time, such when switch microsoft

avi mpeg2-dvd, rename surcodewrapper.vca file on system

(for example, rename file surcodewrapper.vca.bak). file

usually installed adobe premiere pro in following folders:

 

c:\program files\adobe\adobe premiere pro cs5\mediaio\codecs\

 

c:\program files\adobe\adobe media encoder cs5\mediaio\codecs\

 

if doesn't make difference you, can change file names back,
doesn't hurt try.

 

also, system hardware specs, besides quadro 5000?
