Premiere CS4 doesn't load

windows xp sp3.

i had reinstall premiere , doesn't load.

i reinstalled because restored system point made have few bugs.

now, when click exe file - window of license agreement, click accept , after nothing loads. not background process.

so, uninstalled premiere again (and uninstalled offered me uninstall (left after effects installed)) , reinstall -

the first try failed message few components weren't installed. asked me try again , next time successfull.

but said, after successful installation, premiere doesn't work.

help?

when did uninstall, did run adobe cleaner tool, before installed cs4?

i uninstall, run cleaner tool few times, rebooting between each run, , install cs4.
