Thread: Cant configure TATA Photon plus haier CE100 usb modem in UBUNTU 9.10 & also in 10.10

i have got tata photon+ haier ce100 usb modem providing mobile broadband service...
has default username , password 'internet' (both same).
have tried through network connection manager... not show available connection... in desktop (which has ubuntu 10.10) modem didn't show icon on desktop... when run wvdial, says modem not responding....
in laptop (it has ubuntu 9.10, has 256mb ram, didn't upgrade it), modem detected, , after ejecting (as suggested posts , haier manual found on site), when run wvdial, tries connect sometime , shows error message modem not responding....


here wvdial.conf file...

i cant eject modem desktop, nothing shown there in desktop... applying wvdial, shows same output laptop.
