Thread: Thunderbird apparently not installed but starts automatically after boot


after updating 11.04 something's wrong thunderbird installation.
when turn on laptop firefox , thunderbird start automatically have done.
but
have closed thunderbird accidentally , wanted restart it, , ubuntu tells me it's not installed !
in synaptic package manager can mark installation worry lightning (?) add-on. don't want lose calendar ! , neither mail of course !

decided ask first before doing dumb.

question is: ok reinstall thunderbird ? calendar ? package manager doesn't lightning...

or there nice , easy can in home folder tell ubuntu installed ?

i'd appreciate help.
in advance.

before drastic, have tried rebooting see if start automatically?
