Adobe Help has gone wrong

i relatively naive user of cs5.5. suddenly, today, when ask use function ai , id, message:

 

adobe air: installation of application damaged. try re-installing or contacting publisher assistance.

 

re-installing what? adobe air or whole suite. (why adobe air?)

 

how do it?

download lastest version of adobe air here: http://get.adobe.com/air
