Article Entry Box is Empty When Editing and Article - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support
when editing published article, article text entry box coming blank. other info in place (title, alias, category, etc), box html , text should empty.
the article shows fine on website. long don't save blank page opens, of course.
i haven't been able find info on problem didn't know try fix it. did disable site security system (ose), had no effect.
thanks in advance ideas...

an update on this. of articles seem ok. it's 1 particular article includes iframe.
i tried rebuilding article copying , pasting directly source code on published page still shows fine.
when clicking "toggle source code" , inputting copied code, unable switch wysiwyg view. clicking source code button had no effect. , again, seemed due iframe code.
so rebuilt article without copy/paste , put iframe code in using sourcerer's "insert code" button. worked great , looked fine. clicked "save" (not close), editing box comes blank again.
the changes not saved , old version of article shows on site.
