change dimensions of .jpeg pic w/out losing perspective?

hello:                                                                                                          level: newbie os: windows7 64bit  ps: cs6

the picture below (sadly), .jpeg , able change dimensions 800x600 958x198

however, when use ctrl + t change size (of course), sun (most of all) becomes ellipse.

is there way can change dimensions of image without losing perspective?

like maybe way extend clouds? i've read clone tool leaves seams , aside looks image belongs on santas island of misfit images .

any way, maybe asking not possible @ thought ask nonetheless. i've tried keywords wahzoo in faq's & forum have come empty handed. so, thinking maybe shoot outta luck.

as always, appreciate time , ty reading post

you drastically changing aspect ratio (relation between width , height) chaning 800x600 958x198. width increasing small percentage while height decreasing 66%. when change aspect ratio, 1 of 2 things must happen. either cause distortion things gets squashed and/or stretched. or must crop out of information in image. that's physics of situation.
